Aiesha Ashby is a native-born Texan and has spent much of her life enjoying the benefits, experiences, and opportunities provided by her love of the arts. Specifically, Aiesha began dancing at the age of four and never looked back. With over 35 years of dance experience, Aiesha continues to focus on fundamental values of hard work, a principled approach, and an optimistic outlook.

Aiesha’s passion for dance has enabled her to travel the world, work with extraordinary professionals, and build lasting bonds through hard work and mentorship. Aiesha studied formally at the Joyce Willet School of Dance, EDGE Performing Arts Center, Millennium Studios, and Debbie Allen’s Dance Academy.

Aiesha has experienced the fortune of learning from masterful teachers/choreographers such as Gregory Hines, Laurie Ann Gibson, and Mia Michaels - to mention a few. Her performance experiences include TV Shows American Dreams, Pop Stars, and the Grammy Awards; Warner Bros. featured film Living Out Loud and the Sunset Gower featured film Between the Sheets; international travel as a featured dancer for Korean Pop Singer Mi Sing A’s world tour.

Aside from Aiesha's dance career, she is a registered ACE-certified personal trainer, a certified BBS fitness trainer, and a venture capitalist. Aiesha has professional experience as a major retail-chain visual merchandiser, interior decorator, and retail store manager. Aiesha currently resides in Fort Worth TX and has the honor of teaching independently for Dana’s Studio of Dance locally, Adrenaline Dance nationally, and judging for National Dance Honors. Aiesha is blessed with the opportunity to pursue her passion for mentoring the next generation of dancers, partnering with amazing women to provide needed performance wear to improve the physical foundation and abilities of those in the dance/athletic communities, and continuing to enjoy a successful-fulfilling life; based in family, passion, community, and love.
